Beenleigh Brass Band has free lessons for beginners and a senior band that competes in competitions and performs plenty of concerts, fundraisers and corporate events around town.
We rehearse every Monday evening and cater for beginners through to advanced players. Instruments are available for loan depending on availability, and there are no fees associated with rehearsals apart from uniform purchase.

Developing the next generation of brass musicians.
Beenleigh Brass Band is a community based organisation that has operated in the Beenleigh district for over 100 years. Today the band works towards developing the next generation of brass musicians through tuition and mentoring of upcoming musicians from the local schools.
We have a broad catalogue of music to suit a wide variety of audiences, from traditional and modern brass band music through to classical works arranged for brass and arrangements of popular melodies. Our aim is to bring enjoyment and promote harmony in the wider community by introducing brass band music to the widest selection of people possible.

Live music for your next event.
Regardless of the size of your function, the band can accommodate you. From small 2, 3 and 4 player groups to a full band, and you can even nominate the genre of music to be played.
Civic ceremonies
Australia Day ceremonies and Anzac Day dawn and daytime services.
Christmas carols
Carols by candlelight and Christmas events for churches, councils and community groups.
Festivals
Regular performers at the Beenleigh Cane Festival and Oktoberfest.
Functions & corporate
Fundraisers, corporate events, weddings and private functions, large or small.
Band practice every Monday, 7pm – 9pm.
All ranges of experience welcome. Visitors are welcome at the band room on rehearsal nights to see the band in action.
